With Samuel Strauch on Board Everyone Wins

When Samuel Strauch started his career after attending Hofstra University in Hemstead, New York, he went into the banking industry. It was not long before he decided to help his family with their real estate business though. He found much personal success with the industry and decided to launch Metrik Holdings in southern Florida.

Using his financial and real estate background, Samuel Strauch’s company focuses on three different aspects of the industry. The first aspect is capital. Metrik capital’s goal is to help new and emerging hospitality and real estate development companies determine if this is the correct move for their company, develop a plan of action, and succeed in their financial endeavors. The next area is what they were originally known for, the real estate industry. The real estate is divided into selling and marketing and helping businesses obtain a property. Last area that Strauch’s Metrik focuses on is management. Their management area will help out land owners who wish to rent their properties to a business or person. Treating the home as if it was their own, this area thrives on success.

He enjoys photography and meditation and believes in balance, understanding that experiences made him who he is today. When looking from the business aspect, it is important to focus on the win-win. Strauch believes you should want to win but that your employees and customers should win as well. With a successful leader on board, everyone wins.

Securus helped me keep from bankrupting my family while incarcerated

No one wants to find themselves on the inside of a jail cell. For the people who do find themselves on the inside of such a cell, they hope they spend as little time as possible. While this is an entirely understandable human reaction to being confined, it is not always a realistic one. Some races, statistically, are more likely to be convicted than others, whether they are guilty or not. In my case, I was guilty. It was a mistake and I regret it. I would understand if people choose not to believe these words. After all, how many times do people hear these words from a mouth of a prisoner leaving jail?

I will not go much into detail about the jail itself. The noise, the smells, and the lack of quality of the food must be experienced to be believed. I’ve experienced all things, and I do not wish anyone else to experience them. I am not someone who wants my suffering to be shared with others if I can help it. I have always been someone who wants to alleviate pain. Why was I imprisoned? I was caught with a few ounces of marijuana. A friend of mine had cancer and suffered from great pain daily. I thought I could bring it to him.

A police officer pulled me over for a broken tail light. It was bad luck as the tail light had been fine before the day before. He searched the car even though I objected. Officers do not always care about the law or the constitution. He found the marijuana and arrested me. I spent a few months in jail. While in jail, I tried to use phone cards to keep my collect call costs off of my family. Securus Technologies provided them at a reasonable price.

Arthur Becker – Embarking on a Do-it-yourself path with the Tribeca Boutique Project

Tech savvy mogul, Arthur Becker, has been the face behind some of Washington’s most successful real estate investors including Michael Stern, Robert Gladstone and Kevin Maloney, but recently he seems to have a change of heart with his latest projects where he wants to do it all himself.

The homebuilder turn investor turn developer is currently renting the airwaves because of the record-breaking $52.5 million eight-unit building he is setting up at 465 Washington Street in Tribeca.

Arthur Becker intimated to The Real Deal that Paris Forino will handle the designs for the boutique store. He also intimated that he bought the section around Tribeca as a primer since he deemed the size fit for his plans.

Once the building is through, it is estimated that it will have a one penthouse, ranging from 2,000 square feet to 4,000 square feet and seven simplex apartments. The prices for the establishments will have a price point ranging from $2,000 per square foot to $3,000 per square foot.

If you do your math really well, you will realize just how much of a gold mine 465 Washington is considering that Becker bought for only $6.1 million in 2012. If all goes well, completion of 465 Washington will by far be the biggest milestone in Arthur Becker’s life. Yes, he has numerous names that can back up his prudent investment acumen, but the fact that he is going at it alone this time, just comes to show his ability to wear different hats and do it well.

Becker’s professional Life

According to Wikipedia, Becker’s career started out in the construction industry as a homebuilder. He then shifted to Hawaii where he operated a macadamia orchard, before finally ending up in tech and finance. He has in the past been associated with big names such as NaviSite and Madison Technology Group LLC, but currently holds positions in Atlantic Investors and Zinio LLC.

Selecting The Right Online Reputation Management Firm

There are plenty of us out there who are interested in protecting our online reputation but are not sure how to do it. Rather than take chances with something that we are not entirely sure about, many of us instead opt to pay someone to work on this for us. The companies that do this work are known as online reputation management firms and are becoming increasingly popular. has a few pointers for those who would like to hire such a firm. They say that the first thing to do is make an online search for the management firms that are out there. You will want to view your numerous options in order to start to narrow them down.

The top firms like are likely to be among the top results to show up on a social media search. This is because getting a top spot with a popular set of keywords such as “online reputation management” costs major bucks. A company that is willing to shell out that kind of money probably has a lot of customers and thus a lot of trust with those who have looked for the same services as you in the past.

Keep a keen eye out there for firms that make claims that seem a bit too good to be true. For example, some will say that they can completely remove any negative mention of your brand that exists on the Internet. This is just not the case, no firm can remove all of the negative material. Besides, you may be shooting at the wrong goal if you are just trying to get material like this removed. You should instead be focused on getting the right information out there.

Finally, you should look for examples of the work that the firm has done in the past. If they can provide you with some facts about things they have worked on in the past, then you can start to see if they are right for your mission as well.

Lori Senecal and Innovative Spirit

When Lori Senecal first stepped into a classroom at McGill University in Montreal, she had no idea what she wanted to do. She chose classes in the business school because she knew that it would make her job search after college much easier. Once she started her classes, however, it became clear that she was meant to do advertising and marketing. She graduated from McGill with her Bachelor Degree in Commerce, Marketing, and Finance and began her journey to become one of the most influential and innovative executives that the advertising industry has ever seen.

Lori Senecal started off small, working at a tiny advertising firm in Canada. There she learned how to work with other agencies and clients to get them what they needed. She also learned here that innovation and finding different ways of doing things are key to making an advertising company work. Not only do these companies have to adapt to their competitors, but they also have to help their clients adapt to their client’s competitors. With this knowledge, she acted and quickly rose up the ladder.

Senecal became the Global Chief Innovation Officer at McCann Worldgroup, a global advertising agency, in 2006 in a report by PRNewsWire. She rose to the position of President of McCann Worldgroup NY shortly thereafter. Here she worked with clients to provide them with innovative solutions to their marketing problems. She was soon hired as the President and CEO of Kirshenbaum, Bond, (and soon Senecal) and Partners. Here she was recognized in the industry as being a leader in knowing how to get things done. In an interview with Campaign US, Senecal said that advertisers cannot just keep creating another network like all the others. She said that just scaling and growing cause a hierarchy to get in the way of creativity. It needs to be about the people that are being hired, not the processes that are being implemented.

It was with the people over process mentality that Lori Senecal made a name for herself. She was in the list of “Advertising Executives to Watch” by Advertising Age in 2014 and 2016. She was allowed to be a Judge for the prestigious Isaac Award, an award that celebrates innovation and invention in the field. She even won a Game Changer Award from the Advertising Women of New York.

According to Campaignlive Lori Senecal makes it clear that with enough hard work you can get anywhere in life. She went from a student that did not know what she wanted to do with her life to an executive, and she made it all happen with a little innovative spirit.
